These Terms and Conditions apply to travel services provided by Echoris Co., Ltd. (“the Company”), including but not limited to arrangement services and tailor-made tours conducted in accordance with the Japanese Travel Agency Act.

The Company provides the following services:

• 1. Arranged Travel Services
  The Company arranges transportation, accommodation, and activities upon the customer’s request.
• 2. Tailor-Made Package Tours (Order-Made Tours)
  Travel itineraries planned and organized individually based on the customer’s request.

A travel contract shall be concluded when:

• The customer submits an application, and The Company issues a confirmation or quotation, and The customer agrees to the terms and conditions and fees presented.

• Travel fees, service fees, and planning fees will be confirmed in advance by quotation.
• All fees shown include Japanese consumption tax unless otherwise specified.
• Payment methods and deadlines will be specified in the quotation or invoice.

Actual travel expenses such as transportation, accommodation, meals, and activities are not included in service fees unless otherwise stated and will be handled as follows:

• Generally quoted and settled in advance, or Paid directly on-site where applicable.

If changes to the itinerary are required due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control (weather, transportation issues, local regulations, etc.), the Company may modify the travel content while making reasonable efforts to maintain the quality of the tour.

• Cancellation fees will be determined in accordance with the Japanese Standard Travel Agency Terms and Conditions.
• Specific cancellation conditions will be stated in the quotation or contract documents.

• The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or governmental actions.
• The Company shall make reasonable efforts to ensure safe and smooth travel arrangements.

Personal information provided by customers will be handled appropriately in accordance with Japanese laws and the Company’s privacy policy.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Japanese courts.

In the event of any inconsistency between the Japanese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
