(1) What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms apply after your booking is confirmed.

For arranged services (such as restaurants or external facilities), cancellation fees follow each provider’s policy

For tailor-made tours:

  • 20–8 days before: 20%
  • 7–2 days before: 30%
  • 1 day before: 40%
  • Same day: 50%
  • No-show: 100%

Full details are provided before confirmation.

(2) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept <strong>online payment only.</strong>

Full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.<br>On-the-day changes or additional payments are not available.

This allows us to secure reservations smoothly and avoid confusion during your experience.

(3) When is the peak travel season in Miyagi / Sendai?

The busiest periods are:

  • Late March to mid-April (cherry blossom season)
  • Late April to early May (Golden Week)
  • August (summer holidays & festivals)
  • October to November (autumn foliage)

Advance booking is highly recommended during these times.

(4) When is the best time to visit Miyagi / Sendai?

Each season offers something different:

  • Spring – Cherry blossoms and mild weather
  • Summer – Festivals and vibrant greenery
  • Autumn – Stunning foliage and seasonal flavors
  • Winter – Snow scenery, hot springs, and quiet beauty

There is no single “best” season — it depends on the atmosphere you’re looking for.

(5) I have dietary restrictions. Can I still participate?

Please inform us in advance if you have any food allergies.

For vegetarian, vegan, halal, or kosher dietary requirements:

While we will make every effort to arrange suitable options, it can be challenging to find fully compliant meals in Miyagi.

Please note:

  • We cannot guarantee fully vegetarian or vegan preparation environments.
  • Shared kitchens and cooking utensils may be used.
  • Animal-based extracts or ingredients may not always be completely excluded.

We strongly recommend discussing your needs with us before booking.

(6) I don’t like raw fish. Will I have something to eat?

Absolutely.

While Miyagi is known for its fresh seafood, many dishes are grilled, simmered, or prepared in other ways.

There are always non-raw options available.

Please let us know your preferences in advance so we can guide you accordingly.

(7) Do I need cash?

Cashless payment is increasingly common in Miyagi.

However, some local markets and small shops may accept cash only.

We recommend bringing approximately 5,000–8,000 JPY per day as a general guideline.

(8) Can I join as a solo traveler?

Absolutely.

Solo travelers are very welcome.

Many of our guests travel alone, and our small-group format makes it easy to feel comfortable and included.

If you prefer a more private experience, we can also arrange a private booking upon request.
